WeddingSeatChart is built and run by Jim Liu, a solo developer in Sydney, Australia. There is no support team, which means no ticket queue and no bot — and also that replies take hours, not minutes.
Something you paid for
The print pack failed to generate, or you lost the unlock. Include the email address on your Stripe receipt so the purchase can be found. If the pack will not build for you, say so and you get a refund — $12 is not worth an argument.
support@weddingseatchart.comEverything else
Bugs, a table shape the editor does not support, a question the FAQ does not answer, press, or telling us the tool got something wrong about your day. All of it lands in the same inbox.
hello@weddingseatchart.comOne thing nobody here can do
Recover your seating plan. It lives in your own browser and never reaches our servers, so if you clear your browsing data or switch device, there is no copy on this end to send back — no matter who asks or how urgent the wedding is. That is the direct cost of your guest list never being uploaded, and it is why the editor keeps telling you to save a backup file. Do that now rather than the week of.
